Technical Advisor, V1 App Build (Path to Product Lead / CPO)

About LudoLogic:

LudoLogic is giving girls a better start in sports. We make premium video programs that teach girls ages 4 to 11 the movement and sport skills they need to feel confident on the field and in the gym. Our library covers movement, soccer and basketball, and it grows every quarter. We work with families directly and through youth sports operators.

The opportunity:

\n

We're building V1 of the LudoLogic app. Every episode we make is tagged to the skills it teaches. That lets the app know what she's ready for next and build her a short weekly program around it. Think less playlist and more personal path.

\n

V1 is a focused engineering build, not a research project. We need an experienced technical partner to help us build it right, build it lean and set it up to get smarter over time.

\n

What you'll help with:

\n

\n
• Pressure testing our V1 scope and helping us decide what makes the cut and what waits
\n
• Advising on architecture, data model and tech stack for a mobile first consumer app
\n
• Weighing build versus buy, and helping us pick and manage an agency or contract team
\n
• Setting up the skill graph and sequencing logic so new content drops in without new code
\n
• Building privacy in from day one for a product used by young kids, with COPPA in mind
\n
• Making sure the data we capture in V1 sets up smarter personalization later
\n
• Being a thought partner to the founder on product roadmap, hiring and technical diligence with investors
\n

Who you are:

\n

\n
• You've shipped at least one consumer app from zero to one, ideally mobile
\n
• You can talk system design with engineers and product tradeoffs with a founder
\n
• You've owned product decisions, not just delivered tickets
\n
• You're comfortable with scrappy, early stage work and a fast moving founder
\n
• Bonus if you've worked in kids, family, edtech, fitness or sports tech
\n
• Bonus if you've built recommendation, sequencing or learning path products
\n
• Bonus if you've worked under COPPA or similar privacy rules
\n

The commitment

\n

This is an advisory role of about 5-10 hours per month to start, with advisory equity. Possible cash stipend available based off fit.

\n

Where this could go:

\n

\n

We're early and we're building the team with intention. For the right person, this role could grow into a product lead or Chief Product Officer role as we raise and scale. We'd like to find someone who wants to help build the company, not just advise it.
