Early June is hiring a contract AI & Marketing Ops Automation Specialist to build our agency's operating "brain": connected systems that pull client data, automate reporting, and put answers in front of the team without anyone digging for them.

\n

\n

Early June is a growth marketing agency. We run paid media (Google Ads, Meta, and more) for a portfolio of clients in healthcare and telehealth, DTC, and fintech. You'll work directly with the CEO and the account team to find where time goes, then automate it.

\n

\n

This is a contract role, full-time or part-time, fully remote. We're looking for someone based in Latin America or the US, who is fluent in English.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Map how the team works today and rank what to automate by hours saved.

\n

• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and automated client reports.

\n

• Connect our tools (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Slack, Asana, Google Drive, HubSpot) with n8n, Make, or Zapier and their APIs.

\n

• Use LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to write report summaries, answer questions from our knowledge base, and handle routine tasks.

\n

• Keep client data secure. Many clients are in healthcare, so you'll follow our rules on what data can go where.

\n

• Document every workflow so the team can run it without you: what it does, where it lives, how to fix it.

\n

• Monitor what you've built, fix breaks quickly, and improve it over time.

\n

• Train the team on new tools and workflows.

\n

\n

Must-haves

\n

• 3+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or marketing analytics, ideally at an agency or on a growth team.

\n

• A portfolio of automations and dashboards you built and that people used. Show us, don't tell us.

\n

• Strong Looker Studio (Data Studio) skills: data sources, blending, calculated fields, and connectors like Supermetrics or Windsor.ai.

\n

• Hands-on experience automating across Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).

\n

• Built production workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier, including webhooks, API calls, and error handling.

\n

• Used LLM APIs (Claude or OpenAI) in real workflows, not just the chat app.

\n

• Understands paid media data: spend, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and how Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 report them.

\n

• Full professional English, written and spoken.

\n

• Works independently: you can take a rough idea, ask good questions, and ship it.

\n

Nice-to-haves

\n

• BigQuery and SQL.

\n

• JavaScript or Python for custom scripts, Google Apps Script, or n8n code nodes.

\n

• Google Ads scripts, or the Google Ads, Meta Marketing, or GA4 APIs.

\n

• Built a RAG knowledge base or AI assistant (for example Claude Projects, MCP servers, or a vector database).

\n

• HubSpot or other CRM automation.

\n

• Experience with healthcare or HIPAA-sensitive data.
