Accounts Receivable Coordinator
$26 - $30 per hourAston Carter
Responsibilities Monitor the daily deposits of wire transfers, credit card payments, checks received etc. Record banking transactions into Master Bank Spreadsheet. Reconcile outstanding checks daily. Monitor monthly aging report to track any past due accounts and research any discrepancies. Make collection calls on past due accounts. Post receipts to open A/R accounts. Manually run credit cards for payment. Process credits through receivables and mail credits to customers. Close out receivables monthly, ensuring all cash has been applied and produce aging report. Make adjusting entries for cash, bank loans and miscellaneous. Manage and balance petty cash. Perform any other duties assigned. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
