Commercial Growth Manager for Fitness App

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base + up to 15% annual bonus WeRise is looking for a commercially minded operator who can help turn ambitious ideas into successful partnerships, products, and growth initiatives. Founded by fitness visionary Senada Greca , WeRise is a rapidly growing fitness and self-development platform built to help women rise in strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is not a traditional growth marketing role.It is also not a position where you develop the strategy, hand off a brief, and wait for someone else to execute it. We are looking for someone who can: Understand the business model and identify where real commercial value exists. Develop and negotiate partnerships with brands, creators, trainers, and experts. Help define and launch the WeRise community experience. Build new propositions and revenue streams beyond the core subscription. Turn strategic direction into detailed plans, deadlines, launches, and measurable results. Personally step into the work whenever needed. You will have the opportunity to focus deeply on one fast-growing business while benefiting from the broader infrastructure and resources behind it. The ideal candidate is an analytical, relationship-driven commercial generalist. You might currently work in commercial growth, partnerships, strategy and operations, consulting, a founder’s office, or a Chief of Staff-style position. You should be comfortable with numbers, confident in a pitch, naturally curious about how businesses make money, and willing to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. Experience with subscription products, digital communities, creator-led brands, fitness, wellness, digital education, or consumer technology would be especially valuable.
