We are hiring a full-time line cook for our busy neighborhood restaurant. This role offers consistency, teamwork, and growth. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen environment. Moreover, you will gain hands-on experience with a dedicated team.

In addition, we offer a structured schedule and a balanced work environment. You will work evenings during weekdays and flexible shifts on weekends. Furthermore, our hours support a steady routine. We open at 3 PM on weekdays. Shifts begin at 2pm. Meanwhile, weekend shifts begin at 11 AM. The kitchen closes daily around 9 PM, allowing for predictable evenings. Key Responsibilities for the Line Cook Role
As a line cook, you will handle essential kitchen operations. You will prepare dishes with consistency and attention to detail. At the same time, you will maintain cleanliness and organization. You will also assist with prep work before service begins. During service, you will execute orders quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Team collaboration remains critical. Therefore, you must communicate clearly with coworkers. You will support a smooth kitchen flow during peak hours. Required Skills and Experience
Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred. However, we value attitude and reliability just as much. You should feel comfortable working in a small, tight-knit team. You must handle pressure during busy shifts. At the same time, you should stay focused and efficient. Strong time management skills are essential. Moreover, flexibility is required. Nights and weekends are part of this role. Therefore, availability during these times is mandatory. Work Schedule and Expectations
This position follows a consistent schedule. Weekday shifts begin in the afternoon. Weekend shifts start earlier to support brunch and lunch service. The kitchen closes around 9 PM each day. As a result, late-night shifts are not required. This schedule allows for better work-life balance. However, reliability is crucial. You must arrive on time and prepared. Consistency helps maintain team efficiency and service quality. What We Look for in a Strong Candidate
We value individuals who work well under pressure. You should bring energy and focus to every shift. At the same time, you should remain adaptable. A strong work ethic is essential. You must take initiative without constant supervision. Additionally, you should be open to feedback and improvement. Team players thrive in our kitchen.
