Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Dates: Beginning of the School Year through Early December

Are you a passionate Behavior Psychologist looking to make an immediate impact in a school community? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a supportive educational team in the St. Paul, Minnesota area for a short-term contract assignment beginning at the start of the school year and continuing through early December.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve meaningful academic, social, and behavioral success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student growth.
• Provide consultation and recommendations regarding classroom management strategies and behavioral supports.
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning.
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, Specialist degree, or Doctorate in Psychology, School Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Minnesota licensure/certification (cannot be clinical license).
• Experience working with school-aged students preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior assessment tools, intervention strategies, and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
