Global finance firm in NYC seeks an HRBP to undertake a wide range of human resource responsibilities. Finance industry experience needed. Salary: $160-180K base + bonus Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 remote Hours: 8:30-5 Responsibilities The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR support to various teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role involves partnering with leadership to drive HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to employee engagement, talent management, and performance improvement processes. You will collaborate with a dynamic HR team to implement innovative HR solutions and policies. Contribute to a culture of excellence by supporting employee relations and compliance with employment laws. Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. Support initiatives like career pathways, talent reviews, and employee development planning. Partner with teams to understand business goals and develop HR strategies. Support performance management processes, feedback cycles, and talent calibration efforts. Drive employee engagement initiatives to reinforce culture and retention. Provide coaching and training to managers on performance conversations and HR tools. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while managing employee relations. Leverage HR systems and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Support annual benefits enrollment, leave administration, and compensation reviews. Contribute to HR projects, including career pathways and employee engagement surveys. Requirements Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on HR or related fields preferred. Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with 8 years preferred, in financial services or private markets. Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation, and benefits management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making processes. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to adapt to team needs. Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects and initiatives effectively.
