SEARCH MANDATE:

Our private equity client is seeking the right ChiefFinancialOfficer to lead one of its portfoliocompanies, a multi-site servicesbusiness. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesisinthis newlyacquiredplatform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

COMPENSATION:
