Position Description:

The Sales Concierge (Porter) moves and cleans vehicles, keeps used vehicles in sound working condition and helps the vehicle manager as requested.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and lot.
• Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events.
• Supports Sales Managers and Consultants with vehicle movement and placement.
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
• Keeps vehicles fueled.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice. such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment.
• Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Always keep the cars locked.
• Assign stock control numbers to cars.
• Catalog and store keys.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
• Drive safely and responsibly.
• Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A professional with the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• A professional with the ability to read and interpret documents.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and adherence to all driving laws.
• Experience providing quality customer service
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to maneuver large SUVs in small spaces.
• A valid driver's license

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a background check and drug testing.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift

Education/Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
