Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with your clients, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

• Diagnose mental health issues through comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment programs that address each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct both individual and couple therapy sessions, introducing evidence-based methodologies designed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Regularly consult with clients, adapting treatment plans based on progress and feedback while closely monitoring their mental health journey.

• Facilitate ongoing evaluations of patient progress to ensure effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when necessary, creating a comprehensive support network for clients requiring additional resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals, couples, and families facing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. A special focus on culturally competent care will ensure that each patient feels understood and supported, which is paramount in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in Texas is required to practice.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
