Canvass Manager Lead. Motivate. Grow. Build a High-Performing Canvassing Team. StateWide Windows & Doors is looking for a driven and experienced Canvass Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team in the Orlando market. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and knows how to motivate a team to perform. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing canvassers while helping drive qualified appointments and continued market growth. What You'll Do Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new canvassers Lead and motivate a high-performing canvassing team Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable Coach team members to improve communication, engagement, and appointment-setting skills Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins Track appointments, performance metrics, and overall team production Help create strategies to increase team productivity and appointment volume Provide ongoing support, motivation, and leadership in the field Work closely with management to achieve market growth and hiring goals Lead by example and help create a positive, competitive, team-oriented culture What We're Looking For Previous management, sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Highly motivated and results-driven Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive, professional, and energetic personality Ability to work independently while also being a strong team leader Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved with the team Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation + Uncapped Earning Potential Competitive base pay + commission Uncapped earning potential Monthly performance bonuses Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Full-time employment Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Join StateWide?
