Senior Sales Executive – International Freight Forwarding

Atlanta

$150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting a commercially driven freight-forwarding sales professional for a growing privately owned international logistics provider. The role will focus on winning new business across trans-Pacific and European trade lanes, complementing the company’s established Latin American presence.

Responsibilities

Develop new international air and ocean freight business
Grow trans-Pacific and European trade-lane activity
Build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Take direct ownership of revenue and gross-profit growth

Requirements

Proven freight-forwarding sales experience
Established and transferable customer relationships
Strong new-business development and closing ability
Hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially accountable approach
Trans-Pacific or European trade-lane experience is preferred

Package

$150,000 base salary
Uncapped 10% commission
