Starting Pay: $22/hour                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 
Position: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently hiring Control Panel Wirers for a manufacturing company located in Franklin Park, IL .

This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical wiring and panel-building experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity for permanent hire .

Job Responsibilities

• Wire electrical control panels and bus systems
• Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
• Install pre-wired panels into control boxes
• Terminate wires according to schematics and specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layouts
• Inspect parts and components for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and properly
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications 

• Previous experience wiring control panels preferred
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Ability to read blueprints and determine wiring layouts
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use hand and electrical tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance
• Must be willing to follow all safety procedures
