Responsibilities Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized Protect patient confidentiality Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable) Radiography certification (if applicable) 2+ years of hands‑on dental assisting experience Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude Preferred Skills Open Dental experience Experience with Nomad and digital scanning Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring Killer multitasking and organizational skills The drive to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment A collaborative spirit – you love being part of a supportive team #J-18808-Ljbffr MINT dentistry
