Job Description As a Security Officer Access Management in Manteca, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon07:30 AM - 04:00 PMTue07:30 AM - 04:00 PMWed07:30 AM - 04:00 PMThur07:30 AM - 04:00 PMFri07:30 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Document daily activities, unusual occurrences, and access-control issues in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
