HR Operations Manager

To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time HR Operations Manager will oversee HR infrastructure, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance while working remotely in Eastern or Central Time zones. Key responsibilities Own and manage Clasp's employee benefits program, including evaluations, renewals, and open enrollment Lead the day-to-day relationship with the PEO, ensuring data integrity and managing onboarding and offboarding processes Oversee compliance with leave of absence requests and maintain the employee handbook, monitoring regulatory changes Required qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits administration and PEO/HRIS management Hands-on experience managing a PEO relationship, with Justworks experience preferred Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws and multi-state employment compliance Experience in auditing and redesigning HR workflows and documentation HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
