Front Desk Receptionist (Medical Facility)

Desk Receptionist must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle administrative duties, support the medical team, and contribute to an overall positive patient Patient Interaction & Front Desk Support

* Register new patients and verify billing, insurance, and demographic Inform patients of office procedures, policies, and documentation Follow up on no-shows and cancellations per practice policy and ensure proper Manage online scheduling platforms, address inquiries, and assist patients in Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations or necessary Assist with billing, coding, and insurance documentation as needed.

Administrative Tasks & Clinic Support

* Accurately collect and reconcile daily payments, including copays, Monitor and respond to emails, and utilize shared digital tools (e.g., Google and adhere to audiology-related policies (where applicable)

Facility Maintenance & Professional Development

* Keep the reception area clean and organized, including arranging chairs, updating magazines, and clearing personal items. * Actively participate in ongoing education and training through classes, High School diploma or equivalent required * One (1) year of experience in a medical office or customer service Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. * Basic computer proficiency.

Rotating Schedule: - including days, evenings, and weekends
