Responsabilidades
- Entrenar, desarrollar y gestionar un equipo de 40+ personas.
- Supervisa todos los servicios relacionados con el cliente.
- Cumple con todos los estándares del restaurante.
- Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias.
- Asegúrate de que todo el personal cumpla con las normativas de Salud y Seguridad.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y gestión del tiempo.
- Dispuesto a trabajar de noche, fines de semana y festivos.
- Gestiona los costes de comida y mano de obra.
- Entrevista y contrata a miembros del equipo.
- Asegúrate de que todos los programas requeridos sean precisos y completos.
- Inventario y programación semanales
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo divertido y amigable para empleados e invitados
- Mantiene el personal
