About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) to lead its digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives. The CIDO will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring that technology investments align with the organization's mission and operational priorities, and deliver measurable value. This executive will play a pivotal role in evaluating and evolving the current information systems environment, with a focus on strengthening the technology function, advancing the digital roadmap, and enhancing cybersecurity and data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and influential leader with a proven track record in leading IT and digital transformation within a complex healthcare setting, and will be expected to foster strong external partnerships that support the organization's strategic objectives. The successful CIDO will be a confident, strategic, and forward-thinking executive, capable of translating vision into execution and positioning the organization for continued growth in an evolving healthcare landscape. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategic plan, establishing an effective governance framework, optimizing the IS organization, and advancing the performance of enterprise applications. The role demands a decisive, agile, and results-oriented individual who can build consensus, drive change, and ensure that the technology function is proactive, high-performing, and service-oriented. The CIDO will also be a trusted advisor and enterprise advocate for technology, partnering closely with the Board, executive leadership team, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders.
