Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Orangeburg, SC Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6 under night shift conditions Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Float within scope to like units as needed to meet facility staffing needs Participate in emergency response team assignments as required, including during hurricane season (June–November) Required Qualifications Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience BLS certification required ACLS certification required Demonstrated telemetry competency Preferred Experience / Skills NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) certification preferred Previous charge nurse experience preferred Community hospital experience preferred Why Join Us Work within a Level III Trauma acute care facility utilizing Epic for charting, with complimentary on-site parking First-time travelers welcome, with opportunities available on a case-by-case basis Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 773119.
