Telecom Tax Business Analyst/Functional Analyst - Hybrid

Job Title
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
2+ years of experience in the telecom industry
Experience with telecom tax systems
Awareness of telecom tax systems (e.g., Vertex, Taxware) would be added advantage
Analyze and document business requirements for telecom tax processes and systems
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Design, test and document the solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
Stay up-to-date on changes in telecom tax regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
