Title: Program Supervisor, Housing and Homeless Services Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $48,000.00 Annually Summary Provide direct supervision & oversight to The One-Stop Drop-in Center and Staff Position Type Exempt /Full Time Reporting Relationship Division Director of Housing and Homeless Services Essential Functions Serve as back-up to Program Director and Staff Supervise front desk, janitor/maintenance, and day shelter assistant staff Enter One Stop Drop-in Center Daily Service Logs into HMIS Maintain professional, courteous relationships with all consumers, staff, community members and professional partnerships Assist program individuals in obtaining community support, resources, and services Maintain all required documentation (edit sheets. Emergency plans, etc.) Follow all procedures as it relates to EZ Labor (training new staff to clock in/out, reviewing time cards, completing and tracking edit sheets& warning delay in pay & payroll adjustments) Report any critical incidents & significant concerns to the Division Director 2. Analysis of Data Supervisory Responsibility Supervise Front Desk Staff, Front Desk Case Managers, Janitor/Maintenance- One Stop-, and Day Shelter Assistances. Required Education and Experience Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Field, at least three years’ experience working with the homeless population and two years of supervisory experience. Must have valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee can sometimes be exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
