Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices daily while maintaining precise data entry and financial records.

• Perform three-way matching by cross-referencing purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to verify billing accuracy before payment approval.

• Review, verify, and process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and reimbursement guidelines.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions daily to track financial data, reconcile accounts, and generate weekly payable reports.

• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and account variances time
