Director, Market Access -- Trade Strategy

Responsibilities
- Serve as internal expert and liaison on trade strategy for senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Develop and refine channel and distribution strategies based on market trends and access paradigms
- Lead RFP processes, vendor selection, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Define service metrics and KPIs to measure distribution network performance across wholesalers and specialty pharmacies
- Generate strategic insights through research and data analytics to inform 3-year planning and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
- 12+ years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- 6+ years market access experience with distribution networks and channel segments
- Deep expertise in channel strategy and trade dynamics
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Subject matter expertise in pharmacy networks and distribution models
