The Position: We are seeking to fill a Property Assistant position. We are looking for someone to perform tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of apartment buildings. Please note that this is a candidate-pool posting and not for a specific vacancy. Please also note that the vacancy may be a term-limited position with an estimated end date. You will have a chance to list specific preferences in the supplemental questions. For additional information on the job, please see the full posting.

The Location: Multiple locations in Seattle, WA

What will you do?

  • Primarily perform general cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Coordinate designated activities of the leasing process
  • Complete routine inspections of units
  • Respond to questions and concerns from residents and applicants
  • Coordinate maintenance services and process work order requests
  • Check the building and property for fire, safety, health, and security hazards
  • Observe residents for noticeable changes in health, behavior, personal hygiene, or condition of unit
  • Light office work, such as issuing employee badges and maintaining parking violations
