Responsibilities Successfully finish the PLACE Launch program. Build and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their unique real estate requirements and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or leasing. Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to market properties efficiently, maximizing exposure and attracting prospective buyers or tenants. Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and market information. Collaborate and engage with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your network and enhance your real estate knowledge. Qualifications You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions. Excels in prospecting and generating leads. Naturally adept at handling objections. Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence. Capable of collaborating effectively with others. A true team player. Must hold a real estate license in Washington State or in Real Estate school to join our team. Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!) Excellent in both written and verbal communication. Eager to learn and focused on growth. Well-organized and prepared. Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
