Job Title: Stove & Fireplace Sales Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will do more than just sellyou will become an expert in hearth products, helping customers find the perfect heating solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide customers through our showroom, explaining the features, benefits, and safety requirements of various wood, gas, pellet, and electric stoves and fireplaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installation coordinators, administrative staff, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
- Ongoing Training: Actively participate in product training sessions to stay sharp on the latest industry trends, venting requirements, and local building codes.
- Warehouse Support: When floor traffic is slow, assist with warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and staging products for delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge & Teachability: Prior experience in hearth, HVAC, or home improvement sales is a strong plus, but a willingness to train and a curiosity to learn our products inside and out is essential.
- Physical Capabilities: Because this role involves navigating our showroom and assisting with heavy products in the warehouse, you must be fully ambulatory and capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy inventory (with team assistance and equipment).
- Schedule Flexibility: Weekend availability is required, as these are our peak business hours.
- Can-Do Attitude: A collaborative spirit who is just as comfortable closing a high-end sale as they are helping tidy up the warehouse.
