Job: Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk

Location and Schedule: On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Duration: 6+ months (potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $26.44–$31.25/hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
* Serve as the first point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests
* Perform administrative support duties including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
* Work independently on assigned projects after initial training
* Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks
* Contribute to department initiatives, including adoption of Microsoft Planner for workflow management
* Collaborate with internal staff while managing day-to-day responsibilities autonomously

What We’re Looking For
* Proven customer service skills with strong interpersonal communication
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
* Ability to work self-directed, prioritize tasks, and follow through without constant supervision
* Comfortable managing high interaction volumes both in person and by phone
* Experience with Microsoft Office required
* Strong preference for candidates with Microsoft Planner and Excel experience
* A reliable, professional presence suited for a high-visibility front desk environment
