Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to ensure holistic, all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques that promote ongoing improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical results and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients stay aligned with their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
