Description

• Assess patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work cohesively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide guidance to patients and families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized program
