Interim Healthcare is looking for a bilingual therapist for a full‑time permanent position with a local non‑profit organization providing affordable, accessible health care services in the North Metro area. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, 32–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling, no billable hours requirement). Salary range: $72,800–$83,000 depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. The individual will primarily work with children ages 6–12 and family members in a small team environment (four therapy providers and one telehealth provider). Responsibilities include diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and outpatient therapy in both Spanish and English, as well as collaboration with the medical director and health care team (MDs, NPs, RNs, PAs, CNMs, MAs, LADC). Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children ages 6–12 using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed. Provide telehealth support as needed. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, supervision, and trainings as required. Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional best practices. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements. Perform all other tasks as assigned. Qualifications LIS​C​SW, LPCC, or LMFT licensed in the state of Minnesota. Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Minimum of two years’ experience in direct patient care; experience in a primary care setting preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual). Experience providing assessment and therapy to children ages 6–12 using age‑appropriate and developmentally sensitive approaches. Demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good computer/documentation proficiency. Knowledge of assessments, planning, implementation, and care coordination in mental health. Skills in diagnosing patient conditions, interpreting findings from clinical evaluation/diagnostic tests, and risk assessment/intervention. Demonstrated competence in independent clinical practice, works well individually and with a small team. Reliable transportation to commute between clinical locations as needed.
