Pay Range: $75000 - $80000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design and construction documents in Revit.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams.
• Support projects from programming through construction administration
• Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability requirements.
• Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings.
• Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues.
• Support QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections
• Mentor and guide junior staff.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Revit, BIM, Architectural Construction Documentation, Building Codes & Code Compliance, Constructability & Project Coordination.
• 4+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical degree.
• Strong Revit and BIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation, building codes, and constructability
• Experience with project coordination and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, LEED AP/WELL AP
