Overview
Physical Therapist – General in Lodi, California, starting 08/31/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Earn $2,598–$2,720 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 5x8 days (approx. 08:00–16:30). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital with inpatient and acute rehab responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and document findings to support treatment planning and progress tracking.
- Develop and implement individualized PT plans using evidence-based protocols for inpatient and acute rehab populations.
- Deliver therapy interventions (e.g., gait training, strength and ROM, neuromuscular re-education) with appropriate progression and patient education.
- Establish measurable discharge plans and communicate status and goals to patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete comprehensive and timely clinical documentation; supervise assigned therapy assistants as needed.

Requirements
- Valid physical therapy licensure in state of practice (California) required.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- EPIC EMR experience required.
- Two years of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred; inpatient and acute rehab experience (ortho, neuro, ICU) strongly preferred; no outpatient-only experience.
- Weekend availability and ability to work in an inpatient acute rehab setting.
