About the Role
We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and install systems across a range of commercial properties.

What You'll Do

Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Maintain heating and cooling equipment
Install HVAC systems

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
Familiarity with EPA regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus

Requirements

Must be committed to working full-time hours
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs
Must be able to relocate a 10 ft ladder without assistance
Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, and reach overhead to perform work duties

Compensation & Benefits
