Operations Training Specialist

Owning the full training lifecycle for Claims operations, the full-time remote Operations Training Specialist will design, facilitate, and manage training programs, ensuring new hires are prepared to perform independently while contributing to ongoing learning and development initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, including program design, content creation, and evaluation of floor readiness Design and deliver ongoing training and refresher courses, adapting to evolving business needs and specific Claims workflows Build and maintain comprehensive training materials and knowledge content, ensuring alignment with current policies and operational changes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, preferably in healthcare operations or customer service Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a similar role Demonstrated ownership of training programs, including design, execution, and improvement Strong project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams concurrently Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management tools
