Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description Thrive Therapy Competitive hourly rate Immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly, HYBRID REMOTE available Seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians! Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company. We offer compassionate ABA to help our clients make real progress in real life! We are growing and can't wait to meet our newest members! BCBAs role includes: Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles Assessment of client progress over time Flexible scheduling Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia Lots of room to grow in the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits: Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift License/Certification: Behavior Specialist License (Required) Work Location: In person/ hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
