Job Opportunity: Contract Customer Success Representative with 4myBenefits in Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $19-$20/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Onsite in Blue Ash, OH

Contract Duration: Mid-September 2026 through November 20, 2026

This is a contract-based role and as a Contract Customer Success Representative , you will serve as the initial point of contact for employees, aiding in inquiries related to their health benefits, coverage, and related matters.

Other responsibilities include:

• Available to start in mid-September and work through November 20, 2026.
• Respond to inbound calls from client employees regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Must be available to work full-time onsite at the client location in Blue Ash, OH.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
