Experience coordinating multiple programs, events, or initiatives simultaneously. Experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and/or vendors. Experience supporting event logistics, communications, documentation, and program tracking. Ability and willingness to travel as required to support events and programs. Knowledge and Skills Experience coordinating and executing in‑person events, including logistics, vendors, communications, and onsite support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple programs, events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to maintain accurate program documentation and support compliance requirements. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and make recommendations.
