About the Role

Tzumi is looking for an exceptional Generative AI Video Creator who knows how to turn ideas, products, and creative concepts into scroll-stopping video content — using AI to generate the footage itself.

This is not a traditional video editing or social media management role.

We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI and uses tools like Kling, Veo, Runway, Seedance, Higgsfield, Sora, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Ideogram, and emerging AI platforms to create highly realistic, cinematic video and imagery.

You should know how to take a real-world product and convincingly place it into AI-generated environments, scenarios, and stories — with the lighting, scale, motion, product details, camera angles, and visual consistency needed to make the final content feel real.

You'll work across fitness, wellness, beauty, electronics, home, and lifestyle brands, with the freedom to experiment with new AI tools, techniques, visual styles, and content formats.

What You'll Create

You’ll transform products and creative concepts into AI-generated social content from concept through final video, including:

• Photorealistic product videos and lifestyle scenes generated with AI
• Cinematic short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social
• AI-generated people, environments, product interactions, and visual storytelling
• Trend-driven and culturally relevant social concepts
• UGC-style AI content that feels natural and believable
• Unexpected, highly shareable brand moments designed to stop the scroll
• Rapid creative variations for testing different hooks, visuals, and concepts

What You'll Do

• Generate AI-first video content, rather than relying on traditionally filmed footage
• Develop sophisticated prompts for realistic environments, people, products, lighting, motion, and camera direction
• Integrate real products accurately into AI-generated scenes and narratives
• Take concepts from idea → prompt → generation → refinement → edit → finished content
• Maintain visual and product consistency across generated shots
• Combine multiple AI models and workflows to achieve the strongest result
• Edit, composite, enhance, and refine AI-generated assets into polished final content
• Create content optimized for engagement, watch time, shares, saves, and conversion
• Identify TikTok/Reels trends and quickly reinterpret them for our brands
• Continuously test emerging AI models, tools, workflows, and techniques
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams while bringing your own ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio of AI-generated video is required
• Demonstrated ability to create photorealistic AI video, not simply AI-assisted edits
• Advanced prompt engineering and visual direction skills
• Strong understanding of cinematography: lighting, composition, lenses, camera movement, depth, texture, scale, and realism
• Experience maintaining character, product, and environment consistency across AI-generated scenes
• Advanced knowledge of leading generative image and video platforms
• Strong editing and post-production skills
• Excellent creative instincts for short-form social content
• Ability to move quickly, experiment, iterate, and troubleshoot generations
• Obsession with detail — especially the small visual inconsistencies that make AI content feel artificial
• Ability to take a real product and make it look believably real inside a completely AI-generated world

AI Tools

We're less interested in one specific platform than in how well you can use the best tools available to achieve the result.

Experience may include:

Bonus Points

• Background in cinematography, photography, motion design, VFX, or 3D
• Experience creating viral or high-performing AI content
• Strong product visualization skills
• Experience with AI-generated UGC and human characters
• Experience compositing real products into generated footage
• Understanding of social analytics and creative performance testing
• A portfolio that makes us ask, “Wait — that was AI?”

We specifically want to see video footage you generated using AI, including photorealistic people, environments, products, or cinematic scenes.

Traditional video editing, motion graphics, or social media portfolios alone will not be considered sufficient for this role.
