Neurology Account Manager - Detroit, MI

Primary Responsibilities Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion strategy. Analyze the local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use. Maintain current product, disease, competitive, and market reimbursement knowledge. Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory. Communicate persuasively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified target audiences. Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed. Manage travel and promotional budget. Complete monitoring and reporting requirements (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems. Maintain full compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments. Complete ad-hoc projects as needed. Education & Experience Requirements BS or BA with GPA > 3.0. Valid driver’s license; clean driving history. Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with a proven track record. \"Hunter\" mentality; fortitude to sell and compete. Strong relationships and territory knowledge preferred. Ability to travel (may include overnight); out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and meetings. Work hours may include meetings outside normal hours; must reside within territory geography.
