We partner with leading waste and recycling companies across the U.S., delivering workforce solutions to landfills, MRFs, transfer stations, and hauling routes.Position SummaryThe Account Recruiting Manager (ARM) plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the success of our field operations. ARMs act as the bridge between recruiters and client site supervisors, overseeing candidate submittals, staffing coverage, and onsite support. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent onsite visits, active problem solving, and high-volume coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates for general labor roles using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and local outreach.Screen applicants via phone and in person to assess fit, reliability, and transportation availability.Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the onboarding process.Collaborate with recruiters to maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and upcoming job orders.Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate start logistics.Build and maintain strong relationships with client site supervisors.Visit client sites regularly to check in with temporary employees and resolve issues.Track time, attendance, and headcount reports; resolve discrepancies with site managers.Monitor employee performance and coach or replace underperforming workers as needed.Ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements (background checks, PPE, and site documentation).Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily staffing operations.Escalate site-level issues to the Regional Operations Manager as needed.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing operations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites daily.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.What We OfferUnlimited PTO.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with 4% company match.Access to our Management Training Program for long-term career growth.Uncapped commission on placements you generate (1.5% of net profit).Exposure to a nationwide network of clients and internal support teams.Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Augment
