Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Leading a team of approximately 10-14 specialists, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable, denial resolution, and patient balance management, ensuring timely operations while collaborating with various departments in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Patient Financial Services team to ensure timely resolution of insurance and patient accounts Supervise, coach, and develop Revenue Cycle Specialists through performance management and career development Analyze denial trends and implement workflow improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance Required qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including accounts receivable and insurance follow-up 2+ years of leadership experience managing healthcare revenue cycle teams Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement processes Experience with Athena Practice, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar EMR/RCM platforms preferred
