With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.The position operates on predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35, with drivers based in the Greensboro area. Drivers are home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.Assigned equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.Equipment policy: No slip-seating.Driver amenities: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs supported from the first day.Qualifications and requirementsValid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT medical card.Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome.
