• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention, beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Drivers operate predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

• Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models.
• Equipment policy: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
• Driver comfort: Tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
• Freight type: 100% no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations.
• Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs are supported from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
• Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
