Job description :

We are looking for a Personal injury paralegal.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

• Coordinate the service and delivery of subpoenas and other legal documents.

• Manage and coordinate daily case activity and law office operations.

• Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.

• Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.

• Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and other parties as needed.

Education :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience.

• Experience in a law firm environment preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal procedures and document preparation.

Skills :

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze information and identify important details and nuances.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
