Unit Associate I - Medical / Surgical

Requisition #: 670306 | Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21287 | Category: Nursing | Schedule: Day Shift | Employment Type: Limited Unit Associate I – Medical / Surgical – Limited, Day shift 24 hours (schedule 7am to 7:30pm, every weekend) The Unit Associate is responsible for a wide variety of tasks that help ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This fast‑paced position requires collaboration with Nurses and the Unit Coordinator. Daily tasks include stocking items to Pyxis and supply carts, monitoring expiration dates on items, ensuring that patient rooms are properly stocked with supplies and linens, restocking supply rooms, maintaining a clean work environment, and other duties as assigned. Salary Range: Minimum $17.07/hour – Maximum $19.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
