Job Summary


United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Housing Management Assistant in Charleston, WV. This position provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support for daily housing operations, including resident communications, recordkeeping, payment processing, and application management.


Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Review applications, verify documentation, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping.
• Maintain files, schedule appointments, and perform data entry.
• Assist with resident certifications, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate with residents regarding accounts, notices, and housing-related concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• MUST have relevant experience in administrative support, office management, bookkeeping, accounting, or property management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid ID.
• Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.
• Must successfully complete required background and drug screenings.
