This role is ideal for someone with strong law firm administrative experience who can support attorneys with litigation filings, deadlines, billing, document preparation, and day-to-day client service.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal team membersPrepare, edit, proofread, and finalize legal and business documentsElectronically file documents with courts and communicate professionally with court personnelTrack key deadlines, calendar dates, CLE items, reimbursements, and related follow-upSupport client service needs, including scheduling, phone calls, meetings, and guest coordinationCreate, maintain, organize, and close files in accordance with firm proceduresAssist with billing tasks, time entry, pre-bill review, reports, cover letters, and follow-upPrioritize multiple requests while staying responsive, accurate, and detail-focusedQualifications:Hands-on legal assistant experience in a law firm settingLitigation support experience, including e-filing and deadline trackingStrong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with document management, billing, and legal workflow systems preferredFamiliarity with tools such as Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, iManage, or similar platforms is helpfulClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgment, organization, follow-through, and client service mindsetThis is a strong opportunity for a Legal Assistant who enjoys supporting busy litigation attorneys and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented Cleveland office.
