Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,578 per week

Job Title Physical Therapist (Travel) – San Ramon, California Job Description Travel Physical Therapist assignment starting 05/11/2026 . Duration: 13 weeks with 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts, days) under a travel employment contract. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including evaluation of medical condition, functional capabilities, and limitations. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals tailored to each patient’s capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient progress, and provide education to patients and families. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass. Graduated from an accredited institution. Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
