Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor will create memorable, personalized experiences for clientele while representing the Brand on the sales floor. This role focuses on building long-term relationships through consultative service, strong product knowledge, and the use of clienteling tools. The ideal candidate is customer focused, curious, and driven to achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance. Learn and master Brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all categories. Provide personalized client service and act as a trusted advisor to clientele. Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Requirements Previous retail or customer-centric experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and meeting goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
